SETS FIRE TO TAX STATIONS. Received March 18, 10 a.m. MADRID, March 17. An octroi official at Toledo shot a carter dead. A .huge crowd set fire to all the octroi stations, and the civil guard was called out to restore order. Octroi is a tax levied at the gates of cities on articles brought in.
