TO ALLAY ANXIETY. BT BLECTBIC TELEGRAPH.—COPTEIGHT. PKB UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received November 29, 9.25 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 28. The German Chancellor (Herr von Bethmann Hollweg) has telegraphed to the Governor of East Prussia to allay the anxiety due to the alleged warlike preparations on the Russo-Prussian frontier, and stating that nothing has occurred to justify Germany taking counteraction.
