In his charge to the grand jury Mr Justice Denniston remarked on the number of sexiial cases. He said! he had conio to the conclusion that there was -Hi class of young men who made tho pursuit of girls almost a profession. Tliis might be the result of the slackening of parental control or the senseless prudity which denied to those approaching maturity the knowledge of the elementary facta of physiology. George Foster Brown was sentenced to a year's imprisonment for theft from the person.
