'Le Journal des Debats' considers that Herr Von Kiderlin-Waechter's (German Secretary for Foreign Affairs) visit to Rome is intended to prepare a coup to arrange a Turko-Italian peace on a, basis of Turkey's accession to the Triple Alliance, which is due for renewal in 1913.
