It points out that the Board's rcpresenative would not be paid by the players and denies that the players are not allowed to appoint their own manager. The letter adds that the Board desires tp send the best team to England, but it will not permit any number of cricketers o dictate the terms and conditions of the visit, or how the manager is to be appointed.
