According to Rev. Mr Dawson, gen eralisecretary, the no-license vote has increased by 12,000 as compared with 1908. In 67 out of 76 licensing districts majorities were cast favoring national prohibition. In 13 licensing districts the three-fifths majority lias been exceeded.
