Austria-Hungary adheres to the Franco-German treaty. Count von Aerenthal (Premier) in a speech to the delegations stated that an increase of 30,000 Army .effectives was required for the protection of AustriaHungary for safety and to enable them to co-operate with their allies in the interests of general peace.
