Mr E. B. McDowell, a Chicago lecturer, has this .summer taken a very long kinematograph film of views on the Te Anau to Milforcl track, for exhibition in the United States. We have received an interesting brochure dealing with educational quesaions entitled, "Something Wrong Somewhere," written by Mr F. J. Alley, headmaster of the Wharenui school, Canterbury, to which reference is made in our leading columns. The pamphlet is on sale at Mr A. R. Watson's at 6d and is well worth perusal.
