WEAVERS' DISPUTE. LONDON, Dec. 26. The operatives in the north-east of Lancashire fear that the impending lock-outs will jeopardise the success of the weavers' application for a 5 per cent, in wages. Sir G. R. Askwith and Mr Shackleton are mentioned as possible mediators.
