YOUTH'S SAD DEATH.

+— I'EE UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Dec. 18. A youth, aged about 18 years, as yet unidentified, was walking past the new post office in Lower Queen street this morning when a. gale blew down a hoarding which threw him against the rail erected for the protection of pedestrians from street traffic. He was killed instantaneously, his neck being broken. Another boy crowled from beneath the hoarding uninjured. A man who was passing had his head out but otherwise escaped injury.
