RIOTS IN ECYPT. HOLY WAR PREACHED. BY EBECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT. PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received November 3, 8.5 a.m. CAIRO, Nov. 2. Anti-European riots at Alexandria resulted in 200 arrests. Many Christians were wounded and four Italians and two natives are reported to have been killed. The mosques at Cairo are illuminated and a holy war is preached. The police cleared the streets, 40 arrests being made at Cairo.
