A STEAMER SINKS.

The National Steamship Company's steamer Taboga sank on Tuesday off Punta Mola. Of 100 passengers aboard 60 were drowned. A STEAMER ASHORE. Received May 26, 12.15 p.m. CAPE 1 OWN, May 25. The steamer Itzehoe is ashore at' Cane Recife. Assistance has been sent. THE MISHAP TO THE IVERNIA. Received May 26, 9.-15 a.m. LONDON, May 25. In regard to the beaching of the Cunard liner Ivernia, which struck Daunt Rock in a fog and was beached in Queenstown Harbor, the bulkheads (which closed when the vessel struck, confining the water to the forepart) burst, the engines being flooded The crew remain on board. SHIPWRECKED MARINERS. Received May 26, 9.55 a m ' PERTH, May 26. The barque Mandalay, which was bound from South Africa to Albany, was wrecked nine miles from Brooks' Inlet ten days ago, being blown ashore in a storm. The crew of 14 walked 50 miles to the township of Denmark. They had plenty of provision which they landed from the wreck.
