Received January 28, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 27. s The Tall Mall Gazette's' military correspondent describes Germany s pressure on Holland to fortify as being due to France's enormous strength in Eastern France. The correspondent further states that all the fortresses in Poland (made an integral part of Russia in 1868) are to be enlarged and 300 old Russian £ensrals to be replaced. Increase in German colonisation in Western Russia ;s forbidden.
