Welsh measures were always thrown out by the Lords, and lie appealed to the electors to throw out the House of Lords. (Cheers.) The Lords made >■ dinner of every Welsh lamb—(laugliter)— and the Hill which the Governnienfc was going to put forward was a Bill to draw the teeth of the House of Lords. (A Voice: "They have only got false teeth," and laughter.) "Never mind." said Mr Lloyd George, "out with them!" (Cheers.)
