Junior Free Places.—Pupils who obtain Sixth Standard Certificates of Proficiency before the age of 15 on December 1 last are eligible for Junior Free Places lasting for two years. At the expiration of this time pupils may qualify for Senior Free Places, tenable until the age of 19. Pupils qualified under these regulations to join the Schools at the beginning of the school year should enter on the day of enrolment (February 6), and only under special circumstances will they be admitted later than seven days thereafter.
