A HULK-KEEPER'S DEATH.

PER UNITED rRKSS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, Aug. 24. At the inquest on William Clements, who was hulfc-keeper on the Ganymede, Mr Graham, the coroner, recorded a verdict that death was caused by shock, the result of severe scalds arising from the escape of steam from a safety valve and that in his opinion want of sufficient moans of exit caused the Eorious result of the accident.
