Only six fresh cases have been reported and no more deaths have occurred. At Trani (the southern seaport where Russian pilgrims introduced the disease) five cases have occurred, and there were two deaths at Barletta (a seaport). All the patients at Anria, Bisceglia and Bimonto are progressing favorably. PRECAUTDONS IN ENGLAND. Received August 22, 8.50 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 21. The Local Government Board enjoins vigilance against cholera upon riparian and other bodies. GUARDING AGAINST CHOLERA. Received August 22, 8.50 a.m. PARIS, Aug. 21. Stringent precautions against the introduction of cholera (which has entered Italy from Russia) are being taken on the French frontiers and at the seaports.
