It gives us great pleasure to acknowledge the hearty support our club has received both from the people of Riversdale and from outsiders. Our credit balance from last year is a record for the club. We sent six representatives to Trentham and these had a fair share of success. The championship honors of the club for the season fell to the lot of Rifleman Dick, who was first in every competition of the season, which is a very creditable performance considering the experienced shots with whom he had to compete; and we all join in congratulating him on his well-deserved victory. It is also pleasing to see the marked improvement in the target practice of Rifleman W. Kelly, who from the lowest position on the score list has mounted upwards to the top. We are also very pleased to welcome Mr W. Sanderson back to our ranks for he will be a valuable acquisition to our club. We have to thank Mr M. Gilfedcler for his donation of £2 2s for the purpose of purchasing a medal to be competed for during the year.
