CHINA AT SEA.
A BBC PROGRAMME. BX ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT. PER UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION. Received May 13, 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, May 13. Information has been received regarding the formation of the Chinese Navy. The scheme provides for tho sending of an ample number of students abroad for training and the establishment of naval schools on the coast and river provinces. The nucleus navy will be composed of cruisers and torpedo boats. The proposed ships will include two cruisers, two protected cruisers, two despatch vessels, four destroyers and six torpedo boats. Two cruisers are now being built in England.
