The Court of Appeal has quashed the conviction of Ellis, the china dealer of Bond Street, against whom actions were brought for fradudulent misrepresentations by the executors of Charles Dickins, draper, of Regent Street.

The executors of Charles Dickins (of Dickins and Jones, Ltd., a well-known firm of drapers of Regent Street, London), in May of last year were thur Ellis, a Bond Street dealer, owing to the latter's fraudulent misrepresentation in connection with sales of china.
