THE GERMAN RIOTS. Received March 18, 8.5 a.m. BERLIN, March 17. As a sequel to the Kiel demonstrations there will l>e a lock-out of 50,000 men at the Germania vard until Monday. Eighty (XT cent, of the workmen employed at Krupp's Germania dockyard at Kiel struck for a half-holiday, in order to protest against the Prussian Franchise Hill. Many workers in the other yards joined them and 10,000 men oante out. The strikers came jiuto violent collision with tiio police.
