Clarkson, a cycle and motor dealer,, sued Adrian Porter for £IOO on a dishonored promissory note given in part payment for a motor car. The defence was that Porter was helplessly drunk at tho time he signed the bili, Ihcreforcfehe was not responsible for his action. After sCvoral hours spent on tho case it was adjourned till June 10.
