CYCLING. A RECORD RIDE. PER tJNITED PEEBB ASSOCIATION. TIM ART!, April 28. J. Arnst made a record ride from Christchurch to Timaru (a distance cf 112 miles), paced by two motor cycles, in 4hr 50min. In nis record ride from Chriutohuroh to Dunedin he reduced the previous record to Timaru (Humm's) by 44min. To-day he reduced his own by 21 mill.
