No despatches have reached King Edward, who is visiting Biarritz, since Tuesday. A courier service, has now been organised between Paris and Brussels by which His Majesty is enabled to keep in touch with officials throughout the world. Tho soldiers are now repairing the 150 provincial wires cut by the strikers

in the neighborhood of Paris.
