ENGLAND'S ENTERPRISE. LONDON, March 15. The 'Daily Mail' states that the Wright brothers jhavo ordered the construction of pix aeroplanes (in England, and Itliat Messrs Jarrott and Lett, motorists, pre importing four Wright aeroplanes. Tho first has been offered to the Government, and an Australiun has acquired tho option over the second, which will arrive in England in May. HARBOR FOR SAILING SHIPS. Received March 10, 8.30 a.m. BERLIN, March 15.. A harbor for tho reception of aerial machines iB being erected at Metz and others aro projected at Cologuo and Friedriohahafen.
