In tho match Uiccarton ugaiust West Christchurch, the lirst-named won by; an innings and 38 runs, their opponents only scoring 221 in two innings. For tho losers Chrystali (11) and Donnelly, (10) were the highest scorers.. In' the match St. Albans against Sydenham the last-mentioned won after a fairly even game. Sydenham made 233 (Patrick 50, McClellaud 11) and St. Albans 175. Liuwood, 322 (Lawrence 8-J, A, E. Ridley 50, A 4 E. Young 17, A, W. Thomas ll>) beat. East Christchurch 180 (A. Costelloo 41).
