Sir, —The attention of the Postal Department is urgently needed at the box at Riversdalo for receiving letters and papers. Owing to its small size newspapers are blocked half-way down, preventing letters from being put into the box. Sometimes they fall on the ground outside and run a risk of being lilmvn away by the wind. I have, picked up letters and re-posted them several times. The awkward part of the affair is at night. When people are posting letters they do not know whether the missives will go safely into tho post oll'iee. box or not. The Department should at once attend to this defect.—l am, etc., ANNOYED.
