BOWLING. PROGHESSIYE KINKS. There was a splendid turn-out of bowlers on the local green yestorday, when a progressive, rink match was played. Ten teams, representing 10 players, took pari, the games being live heads each, the, winners moving on to the next rink as soon as the, completion of a game was notified by tho ringing of a bell. The- winners were tlie Drapers (Thomson. m< ■(. lymont, Fishor and Brown), who played the final with the Nondescripts No. 1 (Caldcr, Ferguson, Day and Craigi. The prizes (provided by Mr .1. Day) were a hag of potatoes for each member of the winning team. CRICKET. SOUTHLAND V. OTAGO. Tho following players have been selected to represent Southland in the interprovineial match. Otago v.
