Beet (Vice-Presi-dent of the Federal Executive) are created K.'s C.B. Jlr Joseph. AJbcrt Pease, Junior lord of the Treasury, Mr Herbert Samuel McLaren, pLP., and Sir Edward Clarke, K.C., have been appointed Privy Councillors. Mr Cromptou, the sculptor, has been knighted.
