and Ingram; captain, C. Wyse ; de-puty-captain, P. Mills; match committee, Messrs Wallis, Baker and the captain. The annual subscription was fixed a® 3s 6d for seniors and 2s for juniors. The secretary was appointed delegate to the Southland Rugby Union. Messrs V H. Martin, H. Mac Gibbon and R. Whytock were appointed delegates to represent the Club on the board of .trustees controlling the Caledonian ground. Messrs Mac Gibbon, B. Whytock and Wyse were elected delegates to the Eastern District Union. A letter was received from the secretary of the Queenstown Club asking the Club to play a match there at Easter.—After some discussion it was resolved to arrange a match vrith the Dunedin Union Club. Several members spoke disparagingly of the treatment meted out to the Albion team visiting Queenstown last year. Ten new members were added to the roll. It was resolved to make a suitable present to the secretary for his past services. The opening match will be played on Wednesday, 29th inst. The meeting closed with the customary vote of thanks to the chair.
