TENDERS are invited from competent ' persons for Collection of Dog Tax and Registration of Dogs in each of the Ridings of the County. The Tenders will be received at the County Office until 4 p.m. on SATURDAY, 7th February, 1903, and must be addressed to the Chairman, ami marked outside "TENDER DOG TAX. COLLECTION." 1. No Tender will be accepted for more than one Riding from the same person, and the Tenderer must name some suitable place within the Riding, such as his residence, where Dogs may be Registered at any time in business hours, in addition to the Outdoor Collection. 2. Commission will bo paid only on dogs registered in the foregoing manner, either by the Collector when out, or at the place ap- I pointed within the Riding, or half commission i on dogs registered at County Council Office, ! Invercargill. 3. Each tenderer to submit the names of two sureties for the approval of the Council. 4. The lowest or any tender will not nocessarily be accepted.
