All Stock receh ed for Slaughtering must be subject to the COMPANY'S INSPECTION. No Carcass or Portion of a Carcass shall be Removed from the Abattoirs until the same has been Examined by the Inspector, and Passed by him as free from disease and fit for human food. All Meat so Passed shall be MARKED OR STAMPED by the Inspector with the COMPANY'S STAMP.
