Messrs Whigiit, Stki'Henson and Co. report liavingsold Mr Paul Barreti's well-known farm ou the main Riversdale-Waikaia road, containing about 347 acres, being section 1 of 1, block 4, Wendon, to Mr John Scully, of Bdeudnle, at a satisfactory pjice. They offer the whole of Mr Barrett's stock and plant for unreseived sale on Wednesday, 29th inst., particulars of which are now appearing in the local papers.
