THE CLUTHA ELECTION.

Mr J. W. Thomson commences his addresses in this portion of the electorate on Thursday, when he speaks at Kaiwera, following at Pukerau and Knapdale. Other meetings will be announced in due course. Mr Malcolm spoke at Pukerau last night, and addresses the free and independent electors of Arthurton on Monday. Mr Finlay McLeod delivers his first address at Tapanui to-night. On Monday he speaks at' Clinton. Mr John McNeil opens his campaign at Balclutha on Monday, and Mr Thos. Mackenzie commences at Balclutha on Friday evening next.
