DUNEDIN HORSE MARKET.

Moasrs Wright, Stephenson and 00. report as follows : — There W3S a goo 4 attendance of buyers present at Saturday's sale, and the entries were more numerous and the quality of the borxea much better than laat week. Draught hones were fairly well represented and good young active ones were well sought after; most of these offered changed hands at satisfactory prices. For light acd inferior horses of this class there was no demand. The sprinccarters offered were mostly of inferior quality, but the demand for them was fairly good ; a few really first-class ones that were offered changed hands very readily at most satisfactory prices. Thure werß a few very good upatandinp harness horses offered, and for these the demand was a good deal better than it baa been for a few weeks past. We sold a very stylish five-year-old gelding, 17 hands, for LlB, on account cf Mr John Spratt, Mataura Island. For light and inferior hacks and harnosi horses there was very little demand.
