YEOVIL FARM.
I, W. Raymond reports a most spirited sale on behalf of Mrs Chick on Saturday last. The day wbb fine, the attendance good, and the public baling every confidence that the sale was to bo a straight-out one. From the start bidding never flagged, with the result that in a little over an hour everything bad changed ownership :— 4OO cheep went at full values, and a lioe of two-year-old Bteers (40 head) realised 723, 24 heifers 525, 20 yearlings 39a, cows L 4 10a, two-year-old steers 795, J6 horaes sold at good values. Implements realised fair valuea. Mr Boattio, the manager, had everything aaaigned in good order, aud a meet satisfactory sale resulted.
