ANNUAL . MEETING, The annual meeting of this Society was held— in room . last evening. The president, Mr Dunlop, was in the chair, and there was a fair attendance of members. The annual report and balance sheet were read by Mr Forbes, and adopted. The re* port stated that at the beginning of the year there were 20 members on the roll, that two had left,. and two^ new ; members admitted, thus leaving the- number the earns as before.
