Agricultural Co. ; Messrs Wilson, Tame, and Co., of Invercargill, report the sale of Mr John McCorinack's farm, 200 acres, Oreti, partly improved, to Mr John Chalmers, of Canterbury, for £1000 cash. They have also disposed of 372 acres of Mr Johnston's land above Strathniore for £1116 to a . Canterbury farmer. There is no New Zealand wheat in' the Sydney market. New Zealand oats: 3s per bushel. lii' Adelaide wheat is quiet at 6s 6d. . Mr I. S. Simson reports having sold at his yards. Barley : There is none offering, but a market can be got for good malting.
