THE RABBIT PEST.
- ♦ TO THE EDITOR, Sir,— l write for the information of the public on the rabbit pest. It is well known that during the spring and summer months rabbits will not eat poisoned grain, consequent ly we have the whole of the breeding season to contend with during the winter. 1 have tried various means for their destruction; bufjfor thorough efficiency I approve of Mr Forsyth's exterminator. This has been thorotigly tested on my land, chiefly in old water courses, and in every case proveda complete success. I have got one of these exterminators and will b& happy to show it working to any of my neighbors j and I would urge on those troubled with rabbits to obtain one of them. No excuse need exist for not killing the rabbits. I would' invite any inspector to come now and see imy land. This challenge ought to enlist their Bpecial attention. — 1 am, &c, William Jenkins. Crighton Park, Jau. 27, 1883.
