Extort of Butter. Amongst the passengers by the s.s. Doric, Saturday, was Mr P. C. Morton, of New Plymouth, who goes to Eio to open up a butter trade in that city. He took with him the following packages of butter :—SO tins, containing 301 b each; 160 tins, lolb each; 2-10 tins, 101 b each; 480 tins, 51b each ; 2 cases, containing 21b tins, the two cases being 1201 b. The tins are got up well and reflect much credit on the Butter Packing Company who tinned and packed the butter for Mr Morton.
