Auckland Industrial Association.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, Dec IG. A public meeting last night, in connection with the industrial Association, resolved to agitate for the Parliamentary session continuing, with a short Christmas recess, until the question of encouraging local industries is dealt with. Resolutions were also carried calling upon rhe Government to help the mining industry, and repudiating the statement that the Industrial Association was the tool of a clique wishing to restore -Sir Julius I og-.-l to power. tooling was shewn in the
discussion upon the last proposition.
