NOIICE OE PROPOSED STOPPAGE OF ROAD. hereby given that .IN the Line of Road described in the first paragraph hereunder is proposed to be STOPPED, and a New Road T ine opened, as described in tim second paragraph hereunder. 1. ROAD PROPOSED TO BE STOPPED. All tliat line of road 100 links in width commencing at the North-east corner of section 51, North Bank of Wairau, and running in a Southwesterly direction to the South-west corner of the said section, excepting those portions of the road where the new road line crosses the same. Bounded on the AYest, the North and Northwest by section 51 in the said District and by Ilannom’s Creek, and bounded on the East, South, and South-east by said creek and section 101 in the said District, more particularly delineated on the plans of the above described roads hereafter referred to. 2. NEW ROAD'. All that newly surveyed Line of Road running between sections 51 and 101, North Bank of "Wairau, in the said District, and which is more particularly delineated on the plans of the above described roads hereafter referred to.
