Mr Dibbs forwarded his resignation to the Government to day, ignoring the fact that Sir Patrick Jennings lias tendered the resigna* tiona of the Ministry as a whole. It is consider, d doubtful whether Lord Carington will accept the resignation, though nothing further is yet known. Gth, were delivered in London to-day, via San Francisco. Homeward mails per Valetta, dated Melbourne, Dec. 2nd, and mails per Messageries Maritimes Salager, have also been delivered.
