AUSTRIA AND RUSSIA. THE EGYPTIAN QUESTION. ANOTHER BULGARIAN CANDIDATE. ENGLAND AND EGYPT. [Reuter’s Telegrams.] London. Jan 10. It is announced from Vienna that the relations between Austria and Russia are now daily improving. In recent communications which have passed between England, France and Turkey regarding the settlement ox the Egyptian ques ion the French and Ottoman Governments have been less persistent than formerly in their representation in reference to the British evacuation. Prince George of Leuchtenburg, an oHicer in the Russian Army is now mentioned as a probab’c candidate for the throne of Bulgaria in place of Nicholas of Mingrelia. The reduction in British forces in Egypt will be commenced in Feb, / and will be concluded before the end of March
