Prince George of Leuchtenburg, an oHicer in the Russian Army is now mentioned as a probab’c candidate for the throne of Bulgaria in place of Nicholas of Mingrelia. The reduction in British forces in Egypt will be commenced in Feb, / and will be concluded before the end of March
