Post entries will be placed in the order tnlered and after prior entries. 10 Sailing boats will start from anchor with headsails down. 11 Protests will not be received unless in writing and accompanied with a deposit of lOs which will be returned if the nrotoat is allowed, and forfeited if not. No protest will be received after the day of the races and the decision of the Re- , gotta Committee will be final. 19 In Handicap race each boat to start when told to do so by the starter and do handicaps will be announced beforehand.
