S. will abo be to the fore in locally made Novelties, which goods are gaining favor all over the Colony. A speciality will be made this year of Cake. Having now got labor-saving machinery and a splendid patent oven, the Oakes this year will have no equal in prices or quality. So kindly place your orders early as the Cake Department is very busy. S. has also made arrangements for the manufacture of the original “Scotch Bun ” as made by Hill of Shoreditch, London, purveyor to Her Majesty Having now called your atleution to the Stock, I beg to tender my sincere thanks for your past generous patronage, and trust it may still continue.
