A match bstween these Clubs was played on matting, at Marlboroughtown, on Saturday, nnd a woll contested game resulted in a victory on the first Innings fot the Waitohis. Time did not permit of tli# match being played out. In their second innings the Spring Creek men wore doing exceedingly well and managed to run up a score of 31 for the loss of One wicket only.
