Count Ivalnik/ the Premier addressing the Hungarian delegation, discusse l at length the political situation in Eastern Europe. He declared that Austria had insisted on tlie ex cu-ion of tlie Treaty of Berlin in its integiity. Kanlbar’s mission in Gu’gariu was simply a passing phase of the crisis, and its importance had been exaggerated. It would b i ih j c 'SSiry to prepare to overcome greater troubles than this. ICalnoky endorsed the policy of Tisza. Austria would avoid a threatening pol eg, unless absolute y necesmry. Kalnoky expressed his earnest desire f r the maintenance of pcac a , but was not in favor of “ peace at any p-ice ” He dwelt at length on the diplomatic relations between Germany and Austria, which were of the most cordial nature. The relations between Austria and Russia were also friendly, and the latter ha 1 pros mised to uphold existing trea'ies, and disclaimed and intention of making encroachments on B ilgaria, or changing the re aeons with that country without the oigency of of the Powers. Tlie Austrian Premier declared he greatly valued the assurance made in Salisbury's speech, showing that the support of England would be available should it be required. In conffusim ho expressed tho hope that a peaceful solution of Hie Bulgarian dilliouhy would be brought about. Sofia, Nov. 13. The King of Denmark has refused to sanction Prince Wal lemar’s acceptance of the throne of Bulgaria. Waklemar ha; therefore declined tlie honor. Nov. 14, _ KaravolofF has resigned his position as ni* mber of the (Jouncil of the Regencg. ZirikoiF has been elected in his place. A Bulgarian deputation will visit the Ciurts of Europe for the purpose of explaining the political situation in Bulgaria. Received Nov. 15th, at 2 45 p.m. Sofia, Nov. 13. ZirkofF, not Zinkoff’as previously stated, has been appointed a member of the Council of the Regency in the place of XL KaravoldL
