That rhis Board levy a rate on a graduated scale according to the classification of the lands in the district for the year commencing on April 1, 1886, and ending on March 3lat, 1887, of Five-eighths of a pennyin the £ on all propertiej appearing in the rate book for this district under class I. and Five-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on all properties under class 11., and that the said Rate be paid in one sum to the Collector of Ratf-s at the office of Green and Nosworthy, Market Square, Blenheim on November 24'h, 1886, R.
