HOME AND FOREIGN (.Reuter’s Telegrams) ; - Athens, Aug. 28 An earthquake, causing great destruction of property and loss of life, occurred at Pb.iiatra, a town ou the south-west coast of Greece, in the province of Morea. Fully 300 persons are known to have perished. Alexandria, Aug. 28.
